1. We discovered the documents that we need to submit to support@nixi.in. As a company, we were required to submit the following documents:

• Request letter on letterhead signed by an authorized signatory for transferring the domain from one registrar to another registrar.
• ID proof of authorized signatory.
• Company’s proof of legal entity.
• Contact no. & contact e-mail address in the e-mail text body.

Important Note:

I am not Net4 employee or representative; have no association or dealing with Net4. I am an web developer & Domain Registrar  with 12+ years of experience. I shall assist to transfer / Reactivation back your Domain / Website / Email  through concerned higher authorities i.e. NIXI & ICANN.

Even if your domain is expired or in grace or redemption period or even if it has been deleted it can be recovered following the procedures (with certain exceptions). You should take wise decision and in time.
